A highly accomplished Quality and Operations leader with 20+ years of experience across meat processing, beverage manufacturing, and snack food production environments. Brings deep expertise in USDA-regulated operations, SQF systems, HACCP implementation, food safety compliance, and plant-wide operational leadership. Recognized for building scalable quality systems, improving yield and cost controls, and leading cross-functional teams in high-volume, multi-site environments.

– 20+ years of leadership in USDA-inspected meat facilities, snack food production, and beverage manufacturing environments.
– Directed quality and operations across four USDA facilities, leading full HACCP conversion, SQF certification (initial certification to SQF 9), and Food Defense program implementation.
– Reduced product giveaway from 8% to below 1.5% through targeted weight adherence initiatives, significantly improving margins.
