Quality Assurance Lead Candidate

SEEKING A ROLE AS: Quality Assurance Supervisor of a food manufacturing company.

PROFILE: Experienced SQF Practitioner and QA Lead is looking to leverage knowledge and leadership abilities to obtain a QA Supervisor position. Industry experience in dairy, ingredients & snacks, with excellent tenure. Knowledge of PCQI, USDA, HACCP, and GMP are capped off with multi- lingual skills.

IN LOCATION: Currently living in the greater Los Angeles area, not open to relocation, open to travel as needed.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
– Brings 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with 5 years as QA Lead.
– Brings certifications and experience in SQF, USDA, PCQI, HACCP, and GMP.
– Lead and trained teams of up to 5 QA technicians, assigning duties and tracking KPIs.
– Assist with all QA audits – SQF, internal, external, customer, USDA, and other regulatory agencies.
– Responsible for checking code dates, packaging integrity, sensory evaluation, allergens, metal detector, and maintaining excellent lab conditions.

EDUCATION: BA in Business Management

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation is dependent on cost of living and responsibilities but likely in the $75,000 range plus incentives.
