SEEKING A ROLE AS: District or Regional Sales Manager for a small or mid-sized food processing company in the Food Manufacturing / Food Processing sector.
IN LOCATION: Currently living in Arizona. Worksite Preference: remote.

Has demonstrated a strong ability to grow revenue, develop strategic customer relationships, and lead multiple sales teams. Background in product development, strategic planning, and market research makes this candidate valuable to companies looking to boost sales performance and expand their market share.
• Over 13 years of experience in Food Manufacturing / Food Processing, including in-store specifically with bakery and frozen products.
• Managed all West Coast sales operations, increasing sales from $2.1 million in 2022 to $2.9 million in 2024.
• Skilled in managing and mentoring broker teams across various regions, setting regional goals, and driving performance.
• Responsible for developing and executing rebate and incentive programs tailored to key retailers and distributors.
• Experienced in attending trade shows and sales events, with a proven track record of capturing new leads and securing sales.
• Classically trained in sales, negotiation, and market research strategies, with a focus on retail promotions and product launches.
EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science in Information & Decision
COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation dependent on responsibilities and cost of living, likely in the $135,000 range plus incentives.
