PROFILE: A highly accomplished Sales and Business Development leader with over 20 years of experience driving growth in the CPG, Snack Foods, Dairy, and Frozen Foods industries. Recognized for successfully launching products, expanding distribution, and building sustainable sales strategies across multiple channels, including grocery, mass, club, convenience, foodservice, and alternative retail. With a proven track record of developing multimillion-dollar accounts and national broker/distributor networks, this candidate consistently delivers measurable results. Companies will want to hire this candidate for their ability to secure new business, grow established brands, and lead teams to exceed expectations.
IN LOCATION: Currently based in the Northeast. Open to relocation or remote opportunities.
SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
– 20+ years of national and regional sales leadership experience across CPG, Snack Foods, Dairy, and Frozen Foods.
– Secured more than 6,600 points of distribution across large grocery chains, driving over $600K in incremental sales.
– Closed national accounts with major retailers and hospitality chains, resulting in multimillion-dollar annual revenue gains.
– Generated over $2M in new sales by expanding into 6,000+ distribution points, including club, convenience, and natural channels.
– Successfully placed SKUs in Kroger, Albertsons, Target, Costco, Ahold, Publix, Safeway, and specialty/natural retailers, resulting in millions of incremental revenue.
– Expanded alternative channel business with TJX, Ross, Big Lots, Burlington, and Tractor Supply, driving over $4M in volume.
– Managed large-scale P&Ls and led sales zones of $30M+, achieving double-digit growth year-over-year.
– Built, trained, and led teams of direct and indirect sales professionals while expanding broker and distributor networks.
EDUCATION:
– Master of Science in Food Marketing
– Bachelor of Science in Management
COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation in the $120,000–$140,000 range plus performance incentives.
