SEEKING A ROLE AS:
FSQA Manager for a small or mid-sized food processing company within the Food Safety / Quality Assurance space.

IN LOCATION:
Currently based in Kenosha, WI. Open to Onsite, Hybrid, or Remote work environments depending on organizational needs.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
Accomplished Food Safety and Quality Assurance professional with 12+ years of experience across dairy and processed food manufacturing environments. Proven track record leading cross-functional QA and food safety initiatives, strengthening regulatory compliance programs, improving operational processes, and maintaining high audit performance across multiple facilities.

– Brings extensive experience supporting USDA, FDA, SQF, and BRC compliance standards while driving a strong culture of food safety, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout production operations.
– Extensive experience leading Quality Assurance and Food Safety teams across multiple production facilities
– Expertise developing, implementing, and maintaining SQF, BRC, USDA, and FDA compliance programs
– Skilled in complaint investigation, root cause analysis, CAPA development, and continuous improvement initiatives
– Strong leadership background managing direct reports and coordinating cross-functional food safety programs
– Hands-on experience with environmental monitoring, product testing, audit preparation, and regulatory inspections
– HACCP and PCQI certified with deep knowledge of food quality systems and regulatory standards
– Proven ability to reduce customer complaints, improve processes, and maintain strong audit scores in high-volume manufacturing environments

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health from American Military University, along with an Associate Degree in Arts & Sciences.

COMPENSATION:
Seeking a base salary in the $120,000 range, dependent on scope of responsibilities, total compensation structure, and geographic considerations, plus incentives.
