Senior Operations & Commercial Executive Candidate

SEEKING A ROLE AS:
COO, EVP, SVP, or VP-level leader within small, mid-sized, or large Agribusiness, Food & Beverage, or CPG organizations serving customers in retail, foodservice, and B2B channels.

LOCATION & TRAVEL:
Currently based in Salinas, CA. Open to 100% travel and flexible worksite arrangements.

PROFILE:
Transformational operations and commercial executive with 20+ years of full P&L and cross-functional leadership across agribusiness, vertically integrated produce companies, and food and consumer packaged goods manufacturing. Proven track record of scaling multi-site operations, leading complex turnarounds, and driving significant EBITDA growth in high-throughput and globally connected supply chains. Known for balancing operational discipline with customer value, sustainability, and innovation while building high-performing leadership teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, and Sales.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
– 20+ years of senior leadership across agribusiness, produce, and CPG manufacturing
– Multi-site operations leadership across up to 9 facilities and 600+ employees
– Full P&L ownership for businesses ranging from $40M to $900M+ in revenue
– Oversight of manufacturing networks producing 55M+ cases annually
– Delivered major operational turnarounds, including a $10M EBITDA improvement in six months
– Deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain, import/export logistics, ERP modernization, and automation
– Built KPI-driven operating models improving throughput, margins, forecasting accuracy, and service levels
– Proven leader in family-owned, mission-driven, and sustainability-focused organizations
– Classically trained in Agribusiness, Industrial Engineering, and Continuous Improvement (Lean)

COMPENSATION:
Base salary expectation dependent on role scope and cost of living; likely in the $250,000 range plus incentives.
