Senior Plant Director / VP of Operations Candidate

SEEKING A ROLE AS: Seeking Director or VP level Operations leadership positions.

PROFILE: Sr. level operations leader with operational in areas suck as: Safety, Lean Manufacturing, Performance Management, Employee Development, Change Management and Capital Projects.

IN LOCATION: Currently resides in TN and is open to several areas of the US.

SKILLS:
– 20 years of operations experience in a manufacturing environment (mainly food but also CPG non-food)
– Primary experience in beverage, bakery and flour categories
– Has excellent leadership experience with up to 10 direct reports and 250 indirect plant personnel
– Excellent background in process improvement utilizing Lean and CI initiatives/principals
– Has capital projects experience

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and Transportation and Accounting

COMPENSATION: This candidate is targeting 200k+, bonus opportunity, benefits, relocation
