Senior Production / Maintenance Engineer Manager Candidate

SEEKING A ROLE AS: Senior Production and Maintenance Engineer Manager for a small or mid-sized food processing company in the Food Manufacturing / Food Processing sector.

This candidate is a versatile production and maintenance leader with over 15 years of comprehensive experience in manufacturing environments, specializing in continuous improvement, equipment reliability, and process optimization within food and beverage industries. Expertise spans multiple facets of production, maintenance, and operational excellence, making a valuable asset for companies seeking to elevate their operational standards.

• Extensive experience managing multi-shift operations, overseeing cross-functional teams of up to 68 employees, including unionized personnel.
• Proven ability to develop and execute KPIs aligned with Lean Six Sigma methodologies, resulting in measurable improvements such as a 20% productivity boost and significant cost reductions.
• Skilled in designing and implementing preventative and predictive maintenance programs, increasing equipment reliability, and reducing downtime.
• Adept at process control, equipment commissioning, and system upgrades with a focus on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in managing budgets, Capex projects, and resource allocation to support operational targets.
• Classically trained in maintenance planning, troubleshooting, automation, and energy-saving initiatives, with certifications in NFPA 70E standards, HACCP, and Lean Six Sigma.

EDUCATION:
This candidate holds an MBA in Business Administration and an Industrial Engineering degree, complemented by certifications including Industrial Boiler Level 1, NFPA 70E Arc Flash Safety, and Lean Six Sigma White Belt.

COMPENSATION:
Base salary expectation in the $120,000 range plus incentives, depending on responsibilities and cost of living.
