Proven track record of transforming underperforming operations into efficient, structured environments, emphasizing safety, quality, and productivity. Hands-on leadership style and focus on continuous improvement making for an ideal candidate for companies seeking to elevate their manufacturing performance.
• Expertise includes plant and operations management, production planning, SOP development, lean manufacturing, and labor optimization.
• Managed multi-department teams of 80+ employees, fostering high-performing, safety-conscious work cultures.
• Responsible for achieving and exceeding production targets, including reducing labor inefficiency by over 40%.
• Strong background in food & beverage processing, with experience in implementing systems such as SAP, Retalix, and CC Plus.
• Classically trained in process streamlining, workflow redesign, and regulatory compliance.
• Bilingual Spanish / English
COMPENSATION:
Base salary expectation dependent on responsibilities, in the range of $105,000 plus incentives.
