SEEKING A ROLE AS: Senior R&D product developer of a well established dessert, grocery, or restaurant company

IN LOCATION: Open to relocation in the greater Midwest.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
– 12 years of experience in food R&D, including:
– End-to-end product launch, especially ideation & commercialization.
– 6 years of cultivating strong, cross-functional and vendor teams for exceptional performance,
– Developed a to-go “packaging playbook” for a global QSR, used in 143 countries.
– An avid gardener who grows most of her own produce.

EDUCATION: BS in Food Science from Baypath University, AAS in Baking & Pastry from Sullivan University

COMPENSATION: $90k base salary depending on the opportunity, the location & incentives
