SEEKING A ROLE AS: Senior Executive in Sales, Operations, or General Management for a small or mid-sized food processing company in the Food & Beverage Industry.

IN LOCATION: Currently living in North Central MN. Candidate is open to relocation.

This candidate is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of leadership in the beverage, CPG, hospitality, and entertainment sectors, including extensive experience in sales, operations, and strategic growth. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams, optimized supply chain and manufacturing systems, and successfully managed P&L responsibilities with a focus on scalable systems and operational excellence. His expertise spans across building high-impact cultures rooted in accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation.

• Managed multi-site operations, supply chains, and distribution networks across the beverage and wine industries, achieving notable growth and efficiency improvements.
• Skilled in team leadership, having managed large teams and developed frontline and executive talent to elevate performance.
• Responsible for operational and financial outcomes, including revenue growth, margin improvements, and EBITDA increases—delivering measurable results in competitive markets.
• Classically trained in quality management, operations, and strategic planning, with a Professional Certificate from Welch Management Institute.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from St. Cloud State University.

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation in the range of $190,000, dependent on responsibilities and location, with considerations for relocation costs ($10k-$15k) and incentives.
