SEEKING A ROLE AS: Maintenance or Production Manager for a small or mid-sized food processing company in the Food Manufacturing / Food Processing.

IN LOCATION: Currently living in Lakeland, FL. Willing to relocate. Worksite Preference: Onsite.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS: This candidate is a highly experienced Plant Operations and Maintenance professional with over 28 years of expertise in food manufacturing—including bakery items, sauces, salads, sandwiches, and dressings. His extensive background encompasses multi-million-dollar revenue generation, leadership in plant and production management, and a strong focus on safety, quality, and process improvements. He is recognized for his ability to lead large teams, manage complex projects, and drive operational efficiencies.

Skills & Achievements include:
o Proven track record managing maintenance teams of up to 50 technicians, and leading multi-departmental operations.
o Responsible for managing equipment and processes impacting revenue streams exceeding $350M annually.
o Classically trained in food safety, GMPs, HACCP, and SQF standards, with practical experience implementing rigorous compliance programs.
o Expert in vendor and customer relations, supply chain management, and lean manufacturing principles.
o Adept at overseeing large facility maintenance projects, CAPEX planning, and process optimization to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.

EDUCATION: Bachelor of Arts

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation in the $125,000 range, dependent on responsibilities and geographic considerations, plus incentives.
