Vice President of Quality Candidate

SEEKING A ROE AD: A leader in a manufacturing environment or corporate structure to create and support a mature Quality/Food Safety Management System.

SKILLS & ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
– Extensive experience with food and beverage, including alcohol and non-alcohol, confectionary/chocolate, fruits/vegetables, probiotics.
– Skills include development and deployment of full-scale management systems supporting Quality, Food Safety, EHS and Process Safety
– Managed teams of up to 12 direct reports

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation dependent on cost of living and responsibilities but likely in the $125,000 range plus incentives

BS from the University of Wisconsin LaCrosse – Molecular Biology 2000
MSM from Cardinal Stritch University – Management 2008
