VP / Director-Level Operations, Distribution & Supply Chain Candidate

SEEKING A ROLE AS:
VP or Director-level leader of Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, Transportation/Fleet, and/or Process Improvement at a small, mid-sized, or large company across Retail, Food & Beverage, Wine & Spirits, Food Packaging, or Jan-San industries, serving retail and/or foodservice customers.

IN LOCATION:
Currently living in Houston, TX. Preference to remain in the Houston area; open to relocation to DFW, San Antonio, Austin, or College Station. Will consider weekly commuting while maintaining Houston as a home base and is open to travel up to 100% as required.

PROFILE:
Strategic, results-driven supply chain and operations executive with 20+ years of experience leading end-to-end supply chains, multi-site distribution networks, and large-scale operational transformation. Brings a proven ability to drive scalable growth, optimize cost structures, and enhance customer satisfaction through data-driven decision-making and collaborative, servant leadership.

This leader is a trusted partner to C-suite executives, private equity stakeholders, and strategic customers, with demonstrated success building high-performing teams and managing complex logistics organizations with full P&L and CapEx ownership. Has led 50+ enterprise-level initiatives, including new facility construction, network consolidations, ERP/WMS/TMS/ASRS and automation implementations, and M&A integrations. Recognized for navigating high-impact challenges such as pandemic disruption, global supply constraints, and highly regulated operating environments.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
– 20+ years of experience in Operations, Distribution, Logistics, Transportation, and Supply Chain leadership

– End-to-end supply chain management, multi-site operations, network optimization, and operational transformation

– Full P&L ownership exceeding $44M annually and responsibility for product portfolios totaling $148M+

– Built and led organizations with up to 32 direct reports and 650+ indirect reports across operations, logistics, fleet, facilities, procurement, merchandising, customer service, and finance

– Led 50+ enterprise initiatives including facility startups, consolidations, ERP/WMS/TMS/automation deployments, and M&A integrations

– Extensive regulatory and audit experience across OSHA, DOT, USDA, FDA, SQF, HACCP, AIB, HAZMAT, and ABC/TABC environments

EDUCATION:
BBA in Business Administration (Management & Accounting), University of Houston

COMPENSATION:
Base salary expectations dependent on cost of living and role scope, with total compensation likely in the $175k–$250k range, plus bonus and available STI/LTI.
