• Del Monte Foods – Delivered +25% topline growth on Produce business while reducing costs through optimization of the refrigerated logistics/transportation network
• Pet Treats – Milk-Bone and Pup-Peroni: Delivered +15% topline growth and reversed a four-year share decline through insight-led brand campaigns and new innovation
• Chicken of the Sea: Drove +2% revenue in a declining category, +540bp gross margin, and +32M profit through brand building, innovation, and optimization of trade spend
• Central Garden & Pet: Transformed two subsidiaries (~$50M sales each). Pet Nutrition: improved margins by +30%. Equine: grew sales +3% and profit +80%.
