In Location: Currently living in New York, NY — remote, can travel as needed.

Skills:

  1. Founder and CEO in CPG with over 23 years of entrepreneurial experience starting, building, and growing companies and brands.
  2. Expert Skills include Product Development, Product Commercialization, Food Safety, P&L and COGS Management, Ingredient Procurement, Food Manufacturer Relationships
  3. Managed and built teams of 5 to 80 direct reports with oversight of multiple facilities
  4. Strong acumen for product commercialization and launch into retail and food service channels with strong broker networks for different sales channels

Compensation: Base salary expectation dependent on cost of living and responsibilities but likely in the $180,000 range plus incentives
 
Education:  B.A. – Business & Supply Chain Management. Syracuse University
