Seeking a role as: Operational Leader / Growth Strategist in the Restaurant / Foodservice or Hospitality space
In Location: Bradenton, Florida — open to travel and remote work
Skills:
- Extensive experience creating massive growth and profitability for restaurants developing them from the ground up.
- Skills include operational leadership, marketing, national development, hiring, training, and retaining leadership.
- Oversaw up to 42 units and 7 regions with annual sales totaling $200MM in sales with a profit margin over 20%
- Lead the opening of over 80 new locations in 12 states.
- Divisional Vice President of the year 2 years in a row; keynote speaker and presenter
Compensation: Base salary expectation dependent on cost of living and responsibilities but likely in the $250,000 – $300,000 range plus incentives
