COO / Director of Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, & Quality – (Colorado, Relocate, Remote) – Restaurants and Food Service

 

Seeking a role as: Vice President of Operations, QA or R&D within the restaurant and food service industry. Results-oriented professional with over 25 years of comprehensive experience in the restaurant and food service industry.

In Location: Currently living in Colorado — open to remote work or relocation anywhere in the US.

Skills:

  • Adept at leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Optimize operational efficiency, and drive business growth
  • Expertise in operations leadership, including P&L management, inventory control, labor structure & deployment, cost control and systems execution
  • Lead teams in training, supply chain management & distribution, product research and development, and quality assurance within the restaurant space
  • Managed portfolios of up to 400 restaurant locations

Compensation: Base salary expectation dependent on cost of living and responsibilities but likely in the $180,000 – 200,000 range plus incentives

Education:  B.S. in Environmental Health from California State University
