Creative Culinary R&D professional (Pennsylvania or east coast) – CPG, beverage, bakery and frozen food products
Seeking a role as: Senior R&D Manager, Sr. Scientist role in food, beverage or natural health/nutrition categories
In Location: Currently living in Pennsylvania, open to relocate on east coast
Education: B.S. Culinology, Certificate Culinary Arts
Skills:
- Experienced in stage gate to commercialization phase, project management, cost savings initiatives and process efficiency in manufacturing and operations
- Developed recipes for new and existing beverage offerings utilizing internal, external insight and vendor data
- Project management for all new and existing products: benchtop, formulations, costing, processes, procedures and plant scale-up
Compensation: Base salary expectation dependent on cost of living total package and responsibilities but likely starting at $125,000 range plus incentives
