- Seeking a role as: CPG Director of Sales / National or Regional Sales Manager.
- Category Experience: CEA (Controlled Environment Agriculture) Produce, Refrigerated/Frozen Foods, Dairy, Deli-Bakery, Shelf Stable, Center Store, Plant-Based and Soft Drink Beverages.
- Trade Channel Experience: (Grocery) Conventional, Natural, Mass, Club, C-Store, Wholesale Distributors and Buying Groups. (Foodservice) Concessionaires and Broadline Distributors.
- Currently Based: in Orlando, FL (open to relocation within the state of Florida).
Skills:
- Managed National & Regional retail and wholesale distributors and managed the Direct & Broker sales teams calling on these accounts and others, teams comprised of 4-25 account managers.
- Grocery: Walmart, Safeway-Albertson’s (multiple banners), Whole Foods, Fresh Market, Trader Joe’s, Costco, Sam’s, Kroger (multiple banners), Publix, H-E-B, and Meijer.
- Foodservice: (Distributors) – KeHE, Sysco, US Foods, Fresh Point, Marriott, Compass Group, Levy Brothers, (Customers) – Disney, Universal-Orlando, Orlando Magic (NBA).
- Managed product portfolios from a start-up of $25M to established companies of $160M+.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRMs, and syndicated data analytics: i.e. Nielsen, IRI, SPINS, Circana.
- Designed Hub & Spoke shipment optimization plan through collaboration with distributor partners.
- P&L budgeting and product/sales forecasting responsibility including ROI optimization.
- Created Retail Intelligence Monitoring Program to track competitive activity across key accounts.
- Developed, executed, and analyzed strategic distribution plans for Brand and Private Label SKUs.
- Awarded $195K USDA grant – collaborated with H-E-B & TX Department of Agriculture to create “Locally Grown” Produce Awareness Program, increased store distribution from 180 stores to 325.
Compensation:
- Base salary expectation dependent on cost of living and responsibilities but likely in the $130.000 range plus business growth incentives.

- College of Saint Rose/State University of NY, Bachelor of Science (Marketing) Full Scholarship.
