Director of Sales (Southeast; Remote preferred) – Animal Nutrition/Health, Private Label, B2B & B2C

 

Seeking a role as: Vice President of Sales/ Marketing, Director of Sales/ Marketing in Animal Health/ Animal Nutrition/ Agricultural Products/ Farm & Ranch Retail/ Distribution/ Feed Manufacturing all in B2B and/ or B2C.

 In Location: Currently living in Southeast – open to travel as needed

Skills:

  • Extensive experience with animal nutrition/ animal health products selling in the B2B and B2C space – Farm & Ranch retailers, Distribution, Feed Manufacturers and Direct Consumers.
  • Skills include
    • Focus on top-line sales and bottom-line performance, managing team and overseeing all portions of the sales process, including team coaching, recruiting, training and motivation
    • Known for optimizing efficiency and big-picture thinking and can confidently navigate, translate and deliver effective communications between internal and external stakeholders at all levels
    • Natural talent for conversational selling of great products, ideas and solutions
    • Confidently engage stakeholders and gain buy-ins through a focus on strategic growth and financial benefits for each initiative
    • Strong aptitude for hearing and identifying client pain points and synchronizing those with organizational goals and objectives
  • Managed teams of up to five direct reports
  • Responsible for product portfolios of $100M+ revenue

Compensation: $235,000+ base salary plus incentives

Education:  BS in Agricultural Economics
