E2E Global Supply Chain & Operations Executive Leader (Chicago / Milwaukee area) – Food & Beverage manufacturing / distributor / CPG

 

Seeking a role as: Vice President or Sr. Director of Supply Chain/Global Supply Chain/Operations for food and beverage distribution or manufacturing companies.

Comfortable and experienced with both small (family-owned) and larger (Fortune 500) companies.

 In Location: Currently living in northeastern Chicago suburbs – open to relocation in Wisconsin, Colorado, Florida, and Georgia.

Travel up to 50% is acceptable, and open to on-site and hybrid opportunities.

Skills: A results-driven professional passionate about supply chain excellence and team development, offering expertise in staff development, strategy, operational excellence, and process optimization. A people-focused and authentic leader with a proven track record who delivers value by:

  • Providing a comprehensive understanding of corporate strategy and assessing supply chain health to support and enhance objectives, driving transformational change.
  • Building and implementing robust supply chain strategies, optimizing processes, ensuring seamless coordination, and improving efficiency.
  • Assembling and developing high-performance teams through coaching, mentoring, candidate qualification, and utilization of lean techniques.

Compensation: Negotiable, with a combination of base salary expected to exceed $230,000 annually. Open to equity-based compensation.

 Education:
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Strategy – Lake Forest Graduate School of Management
Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Management, specializing in Integrated Supply Chain & Operations Management – University of Phoenix
