- Quality and Food Safety initiatives in a multi-plant environment
- Has developed and implemented food safety and quality programs
- Has experience with HACCP and GFSI
- Has experience leading a team of Food Safety and Quality professionals
- Has experience with FDA and USDA
- Experienced in Project Management
- Has experience in farming operations
- Bilingual Spanish/English
Education: This candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s in Project Management
Location: her location is central California but she is open to relocation and would consider opportunities in other western states
Compensation: $120-135k base salary with additional bonus opportunity
