Human Resources Director/Manager (Louisville, KY and Southern Indiana Area) – Pharmaceutical, Beverage Manufacturing

Seeking a role as:  Human Resource Manager or Director

In Location:  Louisville, KY and Southern Indiana Area – Open to remote and hybrid roles, not interested in relocating.

Skills:

• Strong project manager with exceptional attention to detail and diligence to meet deadlines
• Have developed all HR programs and policies for start-up companies and revamped existing
• Skilled in talent management, organization structure and development, benefit design and implementation and recruitment and retention processes
• Co-Established on-site medical clinic
• Developed a department with a team to include, training and development program, EHS program and employee relations
• Strong leadership skills that builds a team of collaboration, support and trust
• Effective and concise communicator

Education:   BA Human Resource Management 2006
MA Human Resource Management 2014

Compensation: Base salary $140,000 plus incentives.  Expectation dependent on cost of living and responsibilities.
