Human Resources Director/VP (Cleveland, OH or Relocation) – CPG including Confectionary, Healthcare, International, Non-Profit

10+ years’ experience serving in HR leadership roles as both a standalone HR department and leading People Teams in diverse industries/with diverse workforces, with more than half of this experience involving building HR infrastructure from scratch within startup environments.

Masters of Labor & Human Resources from The Ohio State University and BA in Psychology from Kent State University.

Key Skills Include: HR process systemization and tech implementation, strengthening organizational communication and use of data-driven storytelling, strategic alignment of business objectives with people practices, employee wellbeing initiatives, cultural awareness and sensitivity.

Located in Cleveland.
Open to relocation in Chicago, DC, CA or International.

Seeking $140k+ base, depending on location.
