Marketing Director/VP (Chicago or Wisconsin) – B2B, CPG Brands B2C and B2B Private Label food and beverage, health and wellness

 

Seeking a role as: Marketing Director or Vice President of food or beverage company, in B2B or B2C space.

In Location: Currently living in Chicago, IL with home in Appleton, WI.

Skills:

  • Extensive experience with food, health & wellness, active lifestyle, and consumer durables.
  • Classically trained in Brand Marketing with Reynolds/Hefty Bags, GUM oral care products, Treehouse Foods Private Label marketing, and more.
  • Skills include revenue and share growth, strategic marketing, branding, communications, digital marketing, demand generation, lead generation, content, new product development, performance marketing, zero-based budgeting, marketing operations.
  • Managed teams of up to 13 direct reports, including building new marketing organizations based on corporate needs; onboarded and oversaw consultants and agencies.
  • Responsible for product portfolios of $150M – $300M revenue; while providing marketing services for $1.5B organization.
  • Unique vision and aptitude for humanizing B2B brands => communicating as people to people.
  • Continually enhances skills through thought leadership involvement with CMO growth councils (brand and B2B) through the Association of National Advertisers.

Compensation: Base salary expectation dependent on cost of living and responsibilities but likely in the $200,000 range plus incentives

Education:  MBA and BS from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign; MS in Integrated Marketing Communications from Roosevelt University, Chicago
