Master Baker – Prefer East Coast – Bakery/Laminated Dough, Pastries, Coffee Cake, Croissants

 

Seeking a role as: Master Baker/Product Development

In Location: Currently living in Midwest — open to relocation and prefer East Coast

Skills:

  • Extensive experience with foods, including laminated dough, pastries, coffee cake, croissants.  Highly skilled in all breads including artisan breads
  • Skills include creating material, packaging and finished product specifications and developing manufacturing control plans
  • Managed teams of up to 15 direct reports and 150 indirect reports
  • Classically trained in European and Scandinavian bakery products

Compensation: Base salary expectation dependent on cost of living and responsibilities but likely in the $200,000 range plus incentives

Education:  Master Baker Degree and Baker and Fine Pastry Degree
