Plant Manager / Director of Operations (Wisconsin) – Dairy, Cheese

Accomplished leader with over 25 years of experience in the Dairy/Cheese industry, and 10+ years in senior leadership roles.

Experience & Skills:
Master’s degree in Leadership & Organizational Development
Has experience with production operations, packaging, supply chain, quality, etc.
Has experience with small to midsized plant operations
Continuous Improvement
Experienced with project management
Employee mentoring and development

Location: Currently resides in Wisconsin and is open to an hour commute.
Compensation Target: The candidate is targeting 175k on the base with additional bonus opportunity, relocation assistance
