Seeking a role as: President / CEO of small to mid-sized CPG company, preferably in food, beverage, consumer health, or pet food/care

 

In Location: Currently living in Minneapolis, MN — open to relocation to in / near major urban areas

 

Skills:

  • Extensive experience with foods, including produce, spices, cooking oils, baking ingredients, and alcoholic beverages
  • Skills include recruiting, developing, and retaining senior leadership teams; financial and business strategy; selling businesses; operational excellence; innovation strategy; annual business planning process; business turnaround
  • Managed teams of up to 7 direct reports with up to 500 coworkers in total
  • Responsible for product portfolios of up to revenue $900M
  • Classically trained in brand management and business strategy

Compensation: Base salary expectation dependent on cost of living and responsibilities but likely in the $400-500K range, plus incentives and equity, if available.

 

Education: MBA (master’s in business administration) – Cornell University

BS in Biomedical Engineering – Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
