Senior VP of R&D and Quality, Chief Technical Officer (Relocation in Midwest) – Meat Industry 

• Multi-plant responsibility of R&D and QA teams
• Project management up to $45M, including startup of brownfield facility under budget
• Led team to pioneer cultural change to implement GFSI standards
• Expert in innovation, personnel development, financial and project management
• Full P & L responsibility
• Capacity expansion of 400% through efficiency and process improvement along with capital projects without increasing headcount
• Developed road map for capacity increases through efficiency gains and capital improvements

Seeking a role as: Senior Director of R&D, Vice President/Head of R&D, Chief Technical Officer

Location: Looking to get back to the Midwest, ideally Missouri

Education: BS – Meat Science

Compensation: Open to a package commensurate with the responsibilities of the position. Flexible six-figure base upwards of $150,000, plus bonus
