Sr. R&D Product Developer (Southern, CA) – Nutraceutical, Botanical, Beauty Products

Innovative and dynamic storyteller with a passion for technical challenges and translating complex scientific concepts to a wide audience, expertise in providing scientific and technical knowledge to develop nutrition, botanical and beauty products.
Seeking a Role as: Challenging role as a Sr. Product Developer in the botanical, ingredient, beauty or nutrition industry in southern CA.

Location Desired: Candidate is living in southern CA, not willing to relocate

• Provide scientific and technical expertise to develop nutraceutical, botanical and food formulas from concept to market.
• Lead teams to execute innovations concepts with unique ingredients and in-house botanical ingredient development using human-centered design and engaging the team with empathy.
• Solved challenges effectively using stage-gated innovation strategy to align for company growth

Compensation: Targeting $150,000 base with additional bonus opportunity

Education: MS in Nutritional Science, BS in Physiology and Neuroscience,
Doctorate of Public Health in Preventive Care
