Vice President/Director of Sales and CPG Executive (Los Angeles, CA – Remote with travel OR Hybrid in Los Angeles with travel) – Beverage, Center Store/Shelf Stable, Dairy, Frozen, Refrigerated, Produce, and HBC
Seeking a role as: Director or VP of Sales, Regional or National Scope
In Location: Los Angeles, CA (Remote with travel OR Hybrid in Los Angeles with travel)
Skills:
- Extensive experience with retailers nationally, including Wholefoods, Kroger, Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, Albertsons, Publix, Sprouts, UNFI, KeHE, and more.
- Account and Trade management, fact-based sales analytics, and relationship building.
- Developing and managing teams of up to 9 direct reports nationally as well as broker and distributor management.
- Responsible for product portfolios ranging from inception/launch to $25MM in revenue with large organizations like Nestle, Mars, Refresco to smaller companies such as Califia Farms and Dr. Kellyann.
- Ability to adapt and work cross functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Finance internally and externally to grow sales, streamline processes, and drastically increase revenue.
Compensation: Base salary expectation dependent on responsibilities but likely in the $200,000 range plus incentives.
Education:
BS in from Providence College
Certificate in Food Industry Management from USC Marshall School of Business
