Vice President of Operations (Sacramento, CA metro area) – Coffee, Snack Foods/Nuts
Seeking a role as: COO, VP or Director of Operations in a CPG Food or Beverage company; He can be your #2 guy!
In Location: Currently living northeast of Sacramento, California. Unable to relocate at this time. Open to onsite in the area (up to 1 or 1.5 hours away), remote work or travel up to 50%.
Skills:
- Operations senior executive with 25 years of proven success leading global multisite (UK and Mexico) organizations.
- Culture leader, skilled in building high performance teams, driving positive corporate financials, developing quality control systems, and improving workplace safety.
- Exceptional project manager, communicator, coach, and coordinator of people and process development.
- Organizational turnaround, resulting in 65% growth in revenue totaling $280 million and 114% increase in profitability over a five-year period at a fully integrated Coffee company.
- Most recently managed 13 direct reports, 350 operational team members, 30 production lines and a $28 million budget at Coffee company.
- Managed the global retail manufacturing division with approximately $600 million in sales in Snack Food company’s largest and most complex plant. Responsible for 300 production team members, including 9 converting lines.
Compensation: Base salary expectation dependent on size of business and incentive package but upwards of $250,000 base plus incentives..
Education: MBA from University of the Pacific (2002) and BS in Industrial Technology from California Polytechnic State University (1999), Concentration in Facilities Management
