Accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience in the craft brewing/beverage industry and 10 years in senior leadership roles.

Skills:
Has experience with production operations, packaging, supply chain, etc.
Has experience with small to midsized plant operations
Experience negotiating contracts
Complete P&L Accountability
Experienced with project management
Employee mentoring and development

Location: Currently resides in California and is open to relocate (West Coast)

Compensation Target: The candidate is targeting 185k on the base with additional bonus opportunity, relocation assistance
