Our client is a manufacturer of meat products sold to local and regional retailers with an opportunity for a Food Safety/Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team. You will be responsible for maintaining all HACCP, food safety records, plant audits, mock recall programs and training the plant on these issues and procedures. The Food Safety/QA Specialist also responsible for implementing GFSI compliance.
