– 25+ years of quality leadership in beverage manufacturing and regulated lab environments.
– Directed full Food Safety & Quality Management Systems (FSQMS) as SQF Practitioner and PCQI-certified leader.
– Reduced plant-wide quality audits by 78% over 24 months through structured CAPA, RCA, and compliance initiatives.
– Conducted SPC and QMS audits supporting high-volume beverage production generating significant revenue impact.
– Achieved five consecutive years of consumer complaint reductions (10% YOY) through KPI-driven performance management.
– Maintained 100% incident-free safety record over 16 years in manufacturing environments.
– Expert in FDA 21 CFR compliance, ISO 9001/14001 systems, GMPs, HACCP, and statistical quality control.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:
B.S. in Biological Sciences
SQF Certification | PCQI Certification | ISO 14001 | Six Sigma Green Belt

COMPENSATION:
– $90,000 – $110,000 base salary for opportunities local to the Detroit area
– $130,000 – $140,000 base salary if relocation is required
