SEEKING A ROLE AS: VP or Senior Director of Commercial, Sales, or Business Development within a mid-sized or large beverage, food, or consumer products company serving retail, foodservice, and distributor customers.
IN LOCATION: Currently based in Franklin, MA. Open to national travel up to 75%.
PROFILE:
A multilingual, globally experienced commercial strategist with 25+ years of experience driving revenue growth, distribution expansion, and customer development across beverage, foodservice, and consumer goods categories. David brings a strong track record of elevating commercial performance, strengthening distributor partnerships, and leading cross-functional execution across complex, multi-market environments. He is known for disciplined commercial planning, cultural fluency, and the ability to translate strategy into measurable results across retail, foodservice, and specialty beverage channels. His experience includes building export programs and leading international expansion initiatives across Europe and LATAM.

COMPENSATION:
Base salary expectations aligned with scope, cost of living, and responsibilities; typically in the $180,000–$220,000 range plus incentives.
