• 20+ years of experience in food manufacturing and distribution, with a focus on sales leadership, broker network optimization, and product innovation.
• Managed and led sales teams and broker networks nationally and internationally, overseeing a channel generating over $100 million in revenue.
• Skilled in developing strategic account plans, channel strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, R&D, and operations teams.
• Classically trained in ERP systems development and implementation, designing tools such as accruals, commissions, and pricing systems to streamline sales operations.
• Managed P&L responsibilities and supported M&A activities through change management and integration of legacy systems.
EDUCATION: Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Norbert College with semester at Oxford.
COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation is approximately $150,000 plus incentives, dependent on responsibilities and cost of living.
