This candidate’s background spans food safety, quality assurance, operations leadership, sanitation, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across fast-paced production settings.

Known for his hands-on leadership style and ability to stabilize and improve manufacturing operations, this candidate brings strong expertise in lean manufacturing, KPI management, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional team leadership. He has consistently helped organizations improve efficiency, strengthen food safety programs, reduce operational costs, and enhance overall plant performance.

– Extensive experience leading teams of 250+ employees across multi-shift manufacturing operations while building strong, accountable workplace cultures.
– Proven track record improving operational efficiency, increasing throughput, enhancing OEE performance, and reducing operational costs by as much as 80% in targeted areas.
– Skilled in developing and implementing QA systems, sanitation programs, SOPs, and real-time KPI dashboards to improve visibility, accountability, and decision-making.
– Strong background managing FDA, USDA, HACCP, SQF, and food safety compliance initiatives while maintaining audit readiness and regulatory standards.
– Experienced partnering cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, production, and executive leadership to drive continuous improvement and operational stability.

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectations dependent upon scope and responsibilities, though likely targeting minimum $110,000 base plus incentives.
