SEEKING A ROLE AS: QA Manager, Corporate Quality Manager, Food Safety & Compliance

IN LOCATION: Based in Riverside, CA. Not willing to relocate. Open to commuting up to one hour within the Southern California region and travel as needed.

PROFILE:
A strategic and results-focused Quality & Food Safety executive with 18+ years of progressive leadership experience across dairy, beverage, and packaging manufacturing environments. Brings deep expertise in regulatory compliance (FDA, USDA, FSMA, PMO), aseptic and ESL processing, laboratory systems, and enterprise-level quality management. Known for integrating quality systems across complex operations, strengthening audit performance, and leading high-performing teams through change and continuous improvement.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
– 18+ years of FSQA leadership in dairy, beverage, packaging, and regulated food manufacturing environments, directing teams of up to 35 QA professionals.
– Led integration and optimization of FSQMS programs aligned with 21 CFR 113 & 117, ISO standards, HACCP, and FSMA.
– Reduced compliance risk and strengthened audit readiness, including BRC, through structured CAPA, SPC data management, and regulatory alignment initiatives.
– Oversaw Material Review, root cause investigations, and cross-functional quality initiatives tied to R&D and new product commercialization.
– Managed internal, client, and regulatory audits while maintaining compliance with State, Federal, and international standards.
– Directed laboratory compliance systems and ensured adherence to cGMP, sanitary design, and hygienic engineering protocols.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:
MBA – Finance
B.S. Biology | B.A. Business Management (Minor in Mathematics)
Lead Auditor Certification – BRC & ISO
PCQI Certified | Lean Manufacturing (Six Sigma) | Hygienic Engineering | GFSI Compliance

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation in the $130,000 – $140,000 range depending on position, incentive structure, and overall compensation package.
