PROFILE:
A results-driven Sanitation professional with extensive experience leading sanitation programs in USDA- and FDA-regulated food manufacturing facilities. Skilled in chemical safety, HACCP, SQF, BRC, and GMP compliance, this candidate has a proven track record of developing master sanitation schedules, conducting USDA/FDA walkthroughs, and leading audit preparation. Recognized for their ability to train and lead teams, troubleshoot deficiencies, and implement sanitation programs that ensure food safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Companies will want to hire this candidate for their ability to deliver safe, compliant, and cost-effective sanitation programs in meat, seafood, frozen, and shelf-stable food facilities.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
– 10+ years of progressive sanitation leadership in meat, seafood, frozen, and shelf-stable food manufacturing.
– Experienced in managing sanitation programs across multiple facilities, overseeing chemical inventories, and ensuring compliance with USDA/FDA inspections.
– Successfully developed and implemented Master Sanitation Schedules (MSS) to support regulatory compliance and food safety audits.
– Led pre-operational inspections, preventive maintenance, and environmental monitoring programs (ATP and swab site mapping).
– Extensive experience in chemical titration, allergen validation, and verification processes to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
– Trained and managed sanitation teams across multiple facilities, ensuring adherence to GMPs, SSOPs, and safety standards.
– Partnered with USDA and FDA inspectors during audits and walkthroughs, successfully maintaining compliance and resolving deficiencies.
– Hands-on leadership background in both operations and sanitation support functions, including HR, payroll, and scheduling.

EDUCATION & TRAINING:
– Culinary and foodservice background with advanced training in sanitation, HACCP, SQF, BRC, GMP, and food safety practices.
– Experienced with Microsoft Office, Kronos Workforce Solutions/Management, ADP Payroll, Enviormap, EMP, and AP Smart systems.

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation in the $85,000–$110,000 range depending on cost of living, plus performance incentives.
