Operations leader with 11 years of experience in food-focused operations, supply chain execution, and continuous improvement. Known for applying Lean and Kaizen to scale throughput, protect quality/safety, and reduce costs—delivering measurable results across manufacturing and meal production environments.

COMPENSATION:
Base salary expectation is $85 – $100k plus incentives, aligned to the responsibilities and cost of living for a strong operations leadership role.
