SEEKING A ROLE AS: Director of Brewing Operations for a small or mid-sized food processing company in the beverage alcohol business sector.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
Operations and supply chain leader with 12+ years across beverage alcohol and food manufacturing, including co-packing and regulated product environments. Proven ability to scale multi-site production, modernize supply chain processes, and deliver measurable cost and output gains through strategic sourcing, JIT systems, and operational excellence.
• 12+ years of experience in food service / beverage alcohol (manufacturing + co-packing) with hands-on production leadership
• Category skills: Operations leadership; supply chain strategy & optimization; budgeting/forecasting/P&L ownership; strategic sourcing & vendor negotiation; ERP implementation (Acumatica, Ekos, QuickBooks); co-packing/contract manufacturing; production planning & S&OP; regulatory compliance (FDA, USDA, TTB, OSHA, ODA)
• Managed teams of direct reports, including leading a team of 6 across all production functions
• Revenue/capacity impact: scaled operations supporting 100+ client brands across all 50 states, growing from startup to 1M+ cans/month; doubled packaged SKU count; contributed to a $6.5M capital installation project
• Built and launched new co-packing capacity from scratch, including securing ODA hemp-derived CBD handling licensing and implementing cold chain handling for refrigerated/frozen products
• Delivered cost and performance improvements: negotiated multi-year contracts delivering ~15% cost savings; reduced unplanned downtime ~20%; achieved zero safety incidents across all facilities

COMPENSATION:
Base salary expectation likely in the $130,000 range plus incentives, aligned to scope of responsibility and cost of living.
