SEEKING A ROLE AS: senior director of QA/R&D for a small or mid-sized food processing company in the food manufacturing / quality assurance segment.

LOCATION: currently living in NY. Open to relocation. Worksite Preference: onsite, hybrid, or remote.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS: highly strategic and hands-on Food Safety & Quality Assurance executive with over 15 years of leadership in dairy, RTE, beverage, and specialized food manufacturing sectors. recognized for establishing scalable quality systems aligned with growth objectives, enterprise-wide risk management, and large-scale facility commissioning. Skilled in developing corporate quality cultures, standardizing cross-plant HACCP/SQF compliance, and translating complex data into actionable executive insights.
• 15+ years of industry experience within food manufacturing and food safety sectors
• Expertise in quality systems, regulatory compliance, risk management, and facility development
• Proven ability to lead multi-site operations and drive quality culture transformation
• Managed teams of direct reports and cross-functional staff
• Responsible for meeting and exceeding $100M+ in throughput and facility capacity targets

EDUCATION: Ph.D. in Food Science. M.S. and B.S. in Food Science and Engineering.

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation in the $170,000 range plus incentives.
