SEEKING A ROLE AS:
Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, National Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Commercial Manager, or other sales leadership opportunities within the food & beverage, specialty CPG, food processing, ingredient, dairy, or related industries.
IN LOCATION:
Currently based in Seattle, WA. Open to onsite, hybrid, or remote opportunities. Not seeking relocation at this time.
SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
Seasoned commercial sales leader with more than 10 years of experience driving profitable growth across retail, warehouse club, and foodservice channels within the specialty food and CPG industry. Combines strategic account management with strong business development skills to grow revenue, expand distribution, optimize trade investments, and build long-term customer partnerships.
– More than 10 years of progressive sales leadership within specialty food and consumer packaged goods
– Direct ownership of annual revenue portfolios exceeding $25 million across multi-state territories
– Extensive experience with national and regional retailers including Costco, Safeway/Albertsons, WinCo, Fred Meyer, and major foodservice operators
– Proven success leading broker networks, field sales teams, and cross-functional initiatives to accelerate growth
– Expertise in strategic account planning, joint business planning (JBP), contract negotiations, pricing strategy, trade spend optimization, and category expansion
– Strong background partnering with marketing, supply chain, and operations to improve execution and drive profitable results
– Consistent track record of expanding distribution, securing new SKU placements, and delivering year-over-year sales growth
EDUCATION:
Bachelor of Fine Arts, Academy of Art University. Culinary Arts Degree, California School of Culinary Arts (Le Cordon Bleu). Certified Cheese Professional Candidate and active member of the American Cheese Society.
COMPENSATION:
Targeting a base salary in the $150,000+ range, plus performance incentives, depending on the scope of the role and overall compensation package.
