IN LOCATION: Currently living in Moab, UT – Not open to relocation, but willing to travel within Utah regularly. Open to travel up to 20% for non-Utah roles.

– Strategic, people-focused HR leader with 15+ years of experience shaping people strategy across manufacturing, healthcare, education, hospitality, and public-sector organizations.
– Passionate about building inclusive, mission-driven cultures through engagement initiatives, leadership development, and talent programs that boost retention and satisfaction.
– Trusted advisor to executives and managers, providing coaching and guidance on organizational design, performance management, employee relations, and change leadership. –
– Skilled at designing and scaling efficient HR systems, processes, and programs that ensure compliance and deliver measurable workforce results, with proven success managing cross-functional projects.
– Adept at leveraging HR technology and workforce analytics to optimize operations, strengthen compliance, and align people strategy with business objectives.
– Collaborative, approachable leader who balances strategic vision with hands-on execution, building strong relationships and keeping the human at the center of HR.
– Managed teams of up to 4 direct reports, including Recruiters, Generalists, Learning and Development, Safety, and Risk professionals, supporting both onsite and distributed workforces of up to 1100 employees across multiple states, including in California.

EDUCATION:
Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Human Resources Management from Western Governors University

CERTIFICATIONS: SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectations are flexible and dependent on the scope of the role and responsibility. Targeting $135,000 – $165,000, but open to conversations for roles $120,000+, plus bonus or incentives.
