Location: Miami Metro Area, FL
A beverage bottling company in the Miami metro area is seeking a Plant Manager to lead an established manufacturing operation producing a variety of beverage products. This facility plays an important role within the organization’s production network and requires a leader who can balance operational execution with long-term business objectives. The right candidate will bring strong leadership, sound decision-making, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across operations, warehousing, quality, and staffing.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in beverage manufacturing required; experience leading high-speed canning, bottling, and packaging operations is essential.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $160,000-$175,000 base salary

Key Responsibilities and Goals:
- Lead all aspects of plant operations, including production, warehousing, quality, safety, and inventory management
- Oversee both onsite and offsite warehouse operations while ensuring efficient product flow and inventory control
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that support productivity, quality, and operational effectiveness
- Develop staffing strategies, build accountability, and strengthen organizational performance
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process improvements, automation, and resource optimization
- Partner with leadership on operational planning, workforce management, and facility performance
Competencies Needed for Success:
- Strong beverage manufacturing experience with high-speed canning, filling, bottling, and packaging operations
- Proven ability to lead an entire plant operation rather than solely managing production activities
- Experience overseeing production, warehousing, and cross-functional support teams
- Comfortable making difficult staffing, organizational, and performance-management decisions when needed
- Strong problem-solving mindset focused on practical, cost-effective solutions
- Alcoholic beverage production experience is a plus; experience with carbonated beverage manufacturing is highly desirable
