What You'll Do:
As a Plant Controller, you will be a vital member of the plant leadership team, providing financial oversight and strategic insights to enhance operational performance. Your role will involve managing all accounting functions, analyzing variances, and developing financial forecasts to support business growth.
You will collaborate closely with plant management and corporate teams to implement process improvements, ensure compliance, and drive cost efficiencies. Your expertise will help shape the financial health of the plant and contribute to its long-term success.
Qualifications You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and month-end closing procedures
