SEEKING A ROLE AS: Head of Marketing whether that is CMO, VP or Director of Marketing is flexible. Would really like to continue working in the Better For You food or beverage products space. Skilled in the market disruptor or start-up environment. Digital and Social Media Marketing expert. Has managed a team and is hands-on, including work in advertising agency early in career.

IN LOCATION: Currently living in Boston, Massachusetts — open to remote work from here or in office in Boston.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
– 10 years of experience in Coffee and Frozen Foods, including food service QSR and retail.
– End-to-end brand strategy development—from consumer insight to visual identity, messaging, and launch—for disruptive startups and nationally scaled brands
– Marketing skills include brand storytelling, digital and mobile marketing initiatives, including Instagram expert and TikTok. Retail and Trade Marketing into key national and independent grocery accounts, as well as creative. Work with small brands and massive brands. Paid Social Ads, Events, and Guerilla marketing, et al. Quick, fast-paced, tech-forward.
– Team leader of up to 7 including Brand, Social, Content, Strategist, and Analyst roles.
– Early career at Advertising Agency, followed by Digital Marketing for Peet’s Coffee before being contacted by Instagram directly (as their first marketing hire) because of how she was using their platform to promote Peet’s and they asked her to help monetize the platform for other companies to use.
– Launched a plant-based food brand from scratch, then extended sku’s in Better For You meat-based category. Getting product into 5,000 retail stores and food service.

EDUCATION: BS in Communications from Villanova University

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation dependent on responsibilities but likely in the $220-250,000 base range plus incentives.
