Key Account Manager / Commercial Sales Director (U.S.) – Anywhere in the USA (Remote)

Our client is an emerging tea beverage company in the Beverage industry, launching and scaling its U.S. commercial presence. This is a high-impact, market-entry opportunity to build early revenue, shape go-to-market strategy and help design the initial U.S. sales coverage model as the business prepares for future U.S. manufacturing expansion.

What You’ll Do:
As the Key Account Manager / Commercial Sales Director (U.S.), you’ll lead the commercial launch and early growth strategy for a tea beverage portfolio in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch environment. You’ll open doors with priority retail channels, create structure amid ambiguity, and partner closely with global leadership and cross-functional teams to establish the foundation for scalable U.S. growth.
- Build and execute the U.S. commercial launch plan, including account priorities, channel strategy, and early revenue targets
- Own and grow key retail/channel relationships (e.g., club, grocery, convenience) and drive distribution expansion
- Develop account rollout roadmaps, including assortment strategy, launch timing, and in-store execution standards
- Lead negotiations and execution across annual agreements, promotions, merchandising, and performance commitments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure launch readiness and issue resolution
- Help define the future U.S. sales organization design and hiring roadmap as the business scales
Qualifications You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of U.S. food & beverage commercial experience (beverage strongly preferred)
- Proven success selling into major U.S. retail/channel accounts (club, grocery, and/or convenience); broker/distributor experience acceptable
- Demonstrated ability to build strategy and execution plans in an early-stage or high-ambiguity environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills in a global, cross-cultural setting
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
